    WizPure™ RT-PCR 2X Master is a ready-to-use one-step RT-PCR mix containing MMLV RTase, hot-start Taq, buffer, MgCl₂, and dNTPs. Only RNA and primers are needed. Optimized for targets up to 1 kb, it supports RT temperatures up to 50°C for efficient, specific amplification.
