    CrystalMix™ HS-PCR Kit is a freeze-dried, ready-to-use hot-start PCR mix in 8-strip tubes. It contains a 5′→3′ DNA polymerase without proofreading, suitable for TA cloning. The kit works for routine PCR, genotyping, colony PCR, RT-PCR, and cloning. A built-in blue dye allows direct gel loading; a dye-free version is also available.
