    WizPure™ HS-PCR 2X Master (UDG) is a ready-to-use hot-start PCR premix containing HS-Taq DNA polymerase, PCR buffer, MgCl₂, dNTPs with dUTP, and Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UDG). Only DNA template and primers are required. It is suitable for most DNA templates and features a highly processive 5′→3′ polymerase without proofreading activity.
