    WizPure™ Pfu 2X Master is a ready-to-use Pfu DNA polymerase premix. Simply add template DNA and primers. Its 5′→3′ polymerase with 3′→5′ proofreading ensures high-fidelity amplification, up to tenfold more accurate than Taq polymerase.
