    WizPure™ qRT-PCR Master (EVA) is a ready-to-use one-step RT-PCR mix with EvaGreen dye. It contains thermostable RTase, antibody hot-start Taq, dNTPs, MgCl₂, EvaGreen, enhancer, and stabilizer. Thermostable RTase enables cDNA synthesis at up to 60°C, ensuring reliable detection of challenging targets.
