    CrystalMix™ RT-PCR Kit is a freeze-dried, ready-to-use one-step RT-PCR mix in 8-strip tubes. Its room-temperature–stable format minimizes handling errors. The kit enables fast, sensitive, and specific RT-PCR from total RNA or mRNA, with an optimized buffer supporting RT up to 50°C. A built-in hot-start Taq polymerase enhances sensitivity and specificity.
