    WizPure™ qRT-PCR Master (UDG) is a ready-to-use one-step RT-PCR mix for real-time assays with labeled fluorescent probes. It includes cold UDG and dUTP to prevent carryover contamination. Thermostable RTase enables cDNA synthesis up to 60°C, improving detection of challenging RNA targets by reducing nonspecific priming and melting RNA secondary structures.
