    CrystalMix™ qRT-PCR (PROBE) Kit is a freeze-dried, ready-to-use one-step RT-PCR mix in 8-strip tubes. Room-temperature–stable, it contains thermostable RTase, antibody hot-start Taq polymerase, buffer, MgCl₂, and dNTPs, requiring only RNA and primers. Thermostable RTase enables cDNA synthesis at up to 60°C, ensuring reliable detection of challenging targets.
