    WizPure™ PCR 2X Master is an economical, ready-to-use PCR premix capable of amplifying templates up to 5 kb. Its products are compatible with TA cloning. The kit delivers consistent results in routine PCR, high-throughput genotyping, colony PCR, RT-PCR, and PCR cloning. It contains a highly processive 5′→3′ DNA polymerase without 3′→5′ exonuclease or proofreading activity.
