The CLEO™ Q16 system is intended for real-time fluorescence PCR experiments (Real-time PCR) and analyzes the experimental data.
The instrument is operated in a laboratory with the corresponding reagents, to carry out rapid and accurate quantitative and qualitative detection of target nucleic acid sequences from human and animal samples (such as blood, oral swabs, nasopharyngeal swabs, body fluids, etc.) or other analytes, or to conduct melting curves, genotype analysis, etc.
