    WizPure™ HS-PCR 2X Master is a ready-to-use hot-start PCR premix containing antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, PCR buffer, MgCl₂, and dNTPs. Only DNA template and primers are needed. It is suitable for most templates and features a highly processive 5′→3′ polymerase without proofreading activity.
